About Your Stay:
– We take a 50% deposit at time of a new reservation.
– The balance is due on arrival.
– Check-in from 4pm.
– Check-out 11am.
– You are welcome to drop off your luggage at any time.
– Children welcome (children under three stay free).
– Unfortunately we do not have facilities for pets.
Breakfast:
A Continental, full English breakfast or vegetarian option is served in the dining area between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Please advise us of any allergies or dietary needs.
Parking:
You are welcome to drive into our courtyard for checking in and out. We have a number of overnight parking spaces usually available. Please book in advance.
Terms and Conditions:
When you make a booking we will take a 50% deposit. We will take your card details on arrival, and draw down the balance on your account on your departure day.
Cancellations must be made by email or telephone at least one week before planned arrival date. If you cancel later than that we can only refund 50% of the total booking amount unless we manage to re-let your room in which case you will be fully re-funded. In either case we will send you a confirmation email. In the event that we do not receive a cancellation notice, you do not use your booking, and we cannot re-let the room, we will charge your debit or charge card the full value of your reservation.
